In Krasnoyarsk, a search has been announced for contractors to carry out construction work “zones of patriotic orientation with the arrangement of a sports town as part of the improvement of the territory of Molokov Island.”
The purchase in the amount of 24.92 million rubles was published on the government procurement website. The draft contract states that the work will need to be completed by July 31, 2026.
They plan to improve the territory in the eastern part of Molokova Island. Judging by the procurement documents, A crushed stone road will be laid to the territory, a sandy parade ground with a 15-meter flagpole and paving stone sidewalks will be built. The list of planned works also includes the arrangement of a lawn in the obstacle course area and the preparation of a site where a mock-up of the Sh-2 aircraft will be installed. In the visualization of the project you can also see a pergola under which military equipment is located.

The territory will be under video surveillance and will be protected from unauthorized entry by a fence that will establish along the perimeter.
Let us remind you that earlier the mayor’s office showed projects for the improvement of the island taking into account the developed concept. It envisaged the construction of three visitor centers, a museum complex with an indoor pavilion for the Douglas aircraft, as well as a museum on the water with seaplanes and ships. It was also planned to include a hotel complex in the complex.
