Nothing worked, and the Nordics led 17-14 at halftime. Several successful interventions by Iulia Dumanska rekindled hopes. The equalizing run looked like it was going to end in the final 5 minutes. Baia Mare came hard from behind, the scoreboard indicated 28-28. From there, everything fell apart.

All hope vanished in the 60th minute when Dina Frisendal saved Lundback's 7-yard shot.

These are the first points for Larvik, a team already eliminated. Minaur remains with 6 points, just like Mosonmagyarovar. The Hungarian team will face Thuringer on Sunday. The Germans have 4 points.

In the last round, Baia Mare goes to Hungary. The first two places will qualify for the quarter-finals.
