Calculations for the quarter-finals
There are still two stages to play, and CSM can finish the group in any of the 1-5 places, depending on the results:
- 1st place: CSM must win in Budapest against Ferencvaros and at home against Ikast, and Brest and Odense must get a maximum of two and three points respectively in their last matches.
- 2nd place: CSM must win both games and Odense must get a maximum of 3 points.
- 3rd place: CSM must get one more point than Odense in the last two stages, and Ikast must not exceed the score of the Romanian champion.
