Nikita Mikhalkov sued Ukraine for mismanagement in Crimea. He demanded to recover almost 49 million rubles from Square officials.
The appeal to the Arbitration Court of Crimea came from the Alushta sanatorium, which in 2016 was transferred to the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, headed by Nikita Sergeevich. Therefore, since then it has been on the balance sheet of a subsidiary of the organization.
The main complaint of the sanatoriums is water pollution in their area. They assured: the Ukrainian officials are to blame for everything, who happily neglected the Crimean nature and ecology. Therefore: give as 48.8 million rubles.
