Authorized transporters do not flock to the 1,000 taxi licenses awarded by Bucharest City Hall (PMB) on February 10. On Wednesday, when the application office opened, only one person was waiting in line. He had been a licensed taxi driver, but had moved to one of the ride-sharing companies.
