Teenagers injured in the attack on a Krasnoyarsk school are still in intensive care

Three teenagers who were injured in a student’s attack on school No. 153 in Pokrovka, Krasnoyarsk, have been undergoing treatment for a week in the intensive care unit of the burn center of the Regional Clinical Hospital.

According to the medical institution, their condition remains serious but stable. All victims are conscious and breathing on their own.
The head of the burn center, Vladimir Matskevich, emphasized that specialists are in constant contact with the parents of the victims, who are allowed to visit. All necessary medications and materials for treatment are available in full. The situation is under the control of the regional Ministry of Health and the chief physician of the hospital.
Let us remind you that the incident occurred on February 4. According to investigators, the eighth grade student set the fire and attacked her classmates. As a result, three teenagers received burns, two more students and a teacher suffered traumatic brain injuries.
The suspect was placed in a pre-trial detention center until at least April 3.
