Russia attacked the city of Lviv in broad daylight with Kinjal missiles

The mayor mentioned on his Telegram channel that the attack took place around 14:40 (12:40 GMT).
“Air defense systems destroyed them. It was a titanic job”he wrote.
Preliminary information indicates the absence of casualties and material damage. Earlier, the Ukrainian publication Telegraph.ua reported the launch of three Kinjal missiles, one of which flew over the exclusion zone around the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, without specifying its subsequent direction.
Kinjal missiles, considered among the most sophisticated weapons in Russia's arsenal, were previously intercepted by Ukraine with the help of American-made Patriot anti-aircraft systems. The limited coverage capacity of the Ukrainian territory with Patriot systems causes Kinjal missiles to hit targets in certain situations.
The last missile attack on the Lviv region took place on February 7, targeting the Dobrotvir thermal power plant, in a massive Russian attack aimed mainly at substations and power lines.
