The rector of Voronezh State University, Dmitry Endovitsky, who was arrested for bribes, was charged with another charge – “Illegal trafficking in pornographic materials.” They found 11 (!!) porn videos on his phone.
On October 10, the Leninsky District Court closed the court hearing at which a preventive measure was chosen for Endovitsky – at the request of the lawyer and the state prosecutor. The initiative was also supported by the ex-rector. According to Mash, it’s all because of spicy videos with various girls. They were stored on Dmitry's phone.
The rector of Voronezh State University was detained on June 17 following a tip from the chairman of the VSTU dissertation council, Natalya Sirotkina, who was sentenced to two years probation back in 2022. According to the case materials, she received 1.5 million rubles from Endovitsky. A man paid money for his wife's doctoral dissertation.
