Dino reacts after weeks of silence. Trade unionists do not give up

Tomorrow, February 10 this year, after many weeks of ignoring the actions of trade unions, the management board of Dino Polska will meet with their representatives. This time, representatives of the chain whose employees have had a lot to complain about in recent weeks came up with a proposal to meet.


After many weeks of OPZZ Konfederacja Pracy representatives warning that the situation at Dino Polska required an immediate change, the network's representatives finally responded to their appeal and expressed their willingness to talk to trade unionists.
– ABOUTwe kept the confirmation of the date of the meeting with the Management Board of Dino Polska. The meeting will take place on February 10 at 12.00 in Katowice – informed Bankier.pl Wojciech Jendrusiak, chairman of OPZZ Konfederacja Pracy.
They will talk about what hurts employees
During talks with the Dino Polska management board, trade unionists intend to raise the following issues:
• salary increases for employees,
• lack of the Company Social Benefits Fund,
• low staffing in supermarkets and warehouses,
• pressures on work efficiency,
• too low temperature in stores,
• deducting funds from employee bonuses for repairing equipment, purchasing cleaning agents and covering any damage incurred,
• quality of regenerative meals in distribution centers,
• ban on holidays in the summer season,
• the situation of employees with a disability certificate.
– These are key activities that can help stabilize work at Dino – says Wojciech Jendrusiak.
Disputes over compliance with labor law and trade union rights
During the meeting speech bthere will also be o violation of the provisions of the Labor Code and the Act onandprofessional skillsin particular failure to provide the trade union organization with documents necessary to conduct trade union activities, including: Work Regulations and Remuneration Regulations, as well as about irregularities related to the Act on resolving collective disputes by Dino.
