A quarter of Russians don’t remember where the zucchini donated to them goes
The Russians told us what vegetables they most often receive from their gardens. These are tomatoes and cucumbers (27% each), as well as zucchini (25%). Potatoes and other vegetables are given as gifts in 8% of cases.
The rarest gift is berries and other fruits; they are given in only 2% of cases. The exception is apples, which are given as a gift in 11% of cases.
At the same time, respondents deal with donated zucchini differently. 41% of respondents add them to absolutely all dishes, 18% simply throw them away, 15% freeze them for the winter, and 26% admit that they simply don’t remember where the gifts went.
