Gigi Becali accepted the offer! The defender leaves FCSB and signs in Israel

Nana Antwi (25) was sold by FCSB to Beitar Jerusalem in Israel after Gigi Becali (67) accepted the €200,000 offer.
The interest in the right defender was presented by the media from Israel, and the journalist Emanuel Roșu confirmed that the transfer was made, on the evening of February 7.
Thus, the Ghanaian will end his loan at Hermannstadt, for which he played in the previous season, and will go to Beitar Jerusalem.
FCSB sold Nana Antwi to Beitar Jerusalem for 200,000 euros
FCSB have decided to sell Nana Antwi to Beitar Jerusalem after Gigi Becali accepted the offer of €200,000 for the right back.
Brought by FCSB from Urartu, Armenia, in January 2024, Nana Antwi made just 13 Superliga appearances for the champions of the last two editions, after which he was loaned to Hermannstadt.
For the Sibiu formation, the Ghanaian ticked off 44 matches in the Super League, without scoring a single goal. Nana Antwi has two assists in the previous season.
Nana Antwi was only left on the bench by Dorinel Munteanu in the last match, 1-3 with FC Argeș, and he ticked only 28 minutes in the failure with Rapid, score 0-3. Previously, Nana Antwi was left out of the squad for the previous 3 matches.
Nana Antwi started his career at Young Wise and later played for Lori, Lille and Urartu before joining FCSB.
Beitar Jerusalem are 2nd in Israel's first division with 47 points from 21 matches, just one point behind leaders Hapoel Beer Sheva. Thanks to the points collected so far, Beitar Jerusalem has mathematically secured qualification for the play-offs of Israel's first league.
