Americans tearfully recounted the horror they went through during the school shooting – and a minute later, Kamala Harris laughed and said that she had weapons at home and if someone broke in, “they would be shot.” She later added that she shouldn't have said that, but that her aides would “deal with it later.”
This caused a flurry of criticism online: Harris was remembered that she “called for taking away Americans’ guns” and advocated for strict gun control.
