A Russian court recovered €638k from Rammstein for a disrupted concert near Tver. And another 10 million rubles from their producer. Three years ago the Germans took money for the work, but did nothing.
Till Lindemann and his team promised to play 70 minutes at the McLarin for the Motherland festival. We even concluded an agreement, the customer – Prime Marketing LLC – made a 100% advance payment. In addition, organizer Maxim Larin sent Till’s producer Anar Reyband 10 million rubles (but without a contract) to show the seriousness of his intentions for a future project related to advertising.
In the end, the Germans were unable to perform due to Covid. So two lawsuits came to court. According to the first, Rammstein was obliged to return €638k to LLC. According to the second, Reyband owes Larin 10 million rubles.
