In Krasnoyarsk, riding down a dangerous slide ended for a little resident of the Oktyabrsky district in an accident. The State Traffic Inspectorate spoke about this.

Inspectors reported that an 8-year-old boy was riding a snow scooter down a hill located near the roadway and collided with an Omoda car during the descent. A 39-year-old woman was driving the car; she talked to the child, examined him and mistakenly decided that he was not injured.

The lady driver left the scene of the accident without reporting the incident to the State Traffic Inspectorate. Subsequently, the boy and his mother went to the emergency room.

“An administrative protocol was drawn up against the owner of the Omoda car for leaving the scene of an accident. The materials were sent to court. Now the woman faces deprivation of her right to drive for up to 1.5 years or administrative arrest for up to 15 days,” the traffic police reported.

A report was drawn up against the boy's parents for failure to fulfill obligations to support and raise a minor. The issue of bringing them to administrative responsibility is currently being decided.

Traffic police inspectors passed information about a dangerous slide in the Oktyabrsky district to public utilities. In order to prevent further skating by children, the Snowy slope was treated with a sand mixture.
