The forensic examination of the Ministry of Justice established that the damage in the case ex-State Duma deputy Sergei Natarov is absenthis lawyer said Alexander Khropot.

“At the request of the defense, the Ural Regional Center for Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (Ekaterinburg) prepared its examination of the criminal case against S. Natarov and other persons. For analysis, a contract for the supply of several commodity items was provided between Resurs LLC (S. Sidenko, a defendant in the criminal case) and the housing and communal services company in Igarka,” said the lawyer.

Thus, according to him, according to the conclusions of state expert L. Khafizova, who has certified specialties, goods for the needs of the housing and communal services of the city of Igarka were supplied at prices 3 times lower than market prices, while according to the conclusions of the tutor-appraiser Kozlov, they were sold at “inflated prices.”

The examination also established that the goods were delivered by river, road and air transport, while the tutor-appraiser Alexander Kozlov used river transport for calculations in December, January, February 2016-2018. in the conditions of the Far North. Thus, the government agency concluded that there was no damage in the criminal case of ex-State Duma deputy S. Natarov, who has been in custody for more than 4 years.

“State expert Khafizova, unlike tutor-evaluator Kozlov, conducted the research according to the methodology adopted by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, and used data for analysis contained only in the materials of the criminal case. The defense is confident that with such conclusions there cannot be a legal conviction for Sergei Vasilyevich and other persons,” explained lawyer Alexander Khropot.

According to the defense, this examination was added to the materials of the criminal case in court. A copy was also sent to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation with a request to return the case for additional investigation.
