The defense is confident that with such conclusions there cannot be a legal conviction for Sergei Vasilyevich and other persons,” explained lawyer Alexander Khropot.

According to the defense, this examination was added to the materials of the criminal case in court. A copy was also sent to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation with a request to return the case for additional investigation.
