In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a bus station received a warning from Rospotrebnadzor for keeping the toilet closed for the entire New Year holidays.
The supervisory agency noted that they were approached with a complaint by people who found themselves at the bus station in the village of Emelyanovo during the holidays.
“During the New Year holidays, passengers with tickets were not given the opportunity to use the toilet free of charge. This is definitely a violation of legal requirements,” Rospotrebnadzor noted.
The right to free use of the toilet in the bus station building if you have a transportation ticket is enshrined in the “Rules for the transportation of passengers and luggage by road and urban ground electric transport.”
