– Pskov OJSC “Velikoluksky Meat Processing Plant” – makes “Velikoluksky Meat Processing Plant” sausages. Here, violations were found in sausages for children.
Samples were taken in stores in Mordovia. The enzyme was also detected in Altai Burenka cottage cheese, which is supplied to some cafes and schools. In addition, specialists from Rosselkhoznadzor discovered fake fat of vegetable origin in several processed cheese “7 am” and milk from the Saratov dairy plant. The department has already introduced a regime of enhanced laboratory control. All information was transferred to Rospotrebnadzor.
