The shooter was driving a Land Cruiser in the Victory Park area. At some point, Oka cut him off. He caught up with them, stopped, and a verbal conflict began. Then the Kruzak driver pulled out a pistol and shot at the driver and passenger of the car.
The deceased's name was Mikhail Kutuzov. He worked as a car disassembler. His comrade Alexei Sokolovsky was traveling with him and was injured. The man was urgently hospitalized.
