Krasnoyarsk residents contacted the center more than fifty times regarding the change of the Criminal Code

Over the past week, the consultation center on changing management companies, created by the head of Krasnoyarsk Sergei Vereshchagin on the basis of the department of municipal services and transport, received almost fifty requests from citizens.

Specialists conducted 44 telephone consultations, 29 of which directly related to issues of changing the management company. People were explained the procedure, the subtleties of paperwork, calculation of deadlines and other important points. Often callers asked for advice on a specific management company, but the advice center staff does not give this kind of advice. They can only tell you how to choose a management company, where to look up information about management organizations, and also tell you what to focus on if the question of changing is really serious.

The rest of the calls to the center concerned related topics: payments, bankruptcy, maintenance of common property, redevelopment, provision of utility payments, tariff increases, operation of applications and websites on housing and communal services issues. On these issues, employees also provided consultations and advised people where to go for a solution to the problem or clarification.

Let us remind you that according to the law, a change of management company can be initiated by any of the owners of apartments or premises in any building. Now there are various mechanisms, including the opportunity to take such an initiative using data from the State Services portal or special applications. The necessary background information can also be found on the official website of the Krasnoyarsk administration.

The city's housing stock is served by 214 management companies, 248 homeowners' associations and 8 housing construction or other cooperatives. There are houses where residents have chosen a direct method of managing their property. The current list of all management companies is also posted on the official website of the mayor's office.
