A 33-year-old native of Tajikistan will stand trial for shooting in Krasnoyarsk. This was reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.

The incident occurred in the spring of 2025 near the Strela gym in Krasnoyarsk. The man went to watch his son's wrestling training. On the same day to the hall his cousin came with a friend to also look at their sons.

A fight broke out between the brothers: the shooter began to hit his brother in the face and body. As a result, the men were injured,” clarified by the prosecutor's office.

The prosecutor charged the man with hooliganism with a weapon By Part 2 Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and intentional infliction of moderate harm to health from hooligan motives and with the use of weapons By p.p. “a”, “e”, “h” part 2 art. 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The accused himself did not admit guilt. According to him, the shooting was a “forced measure for protection.”

The criminal case will be considered by the Sovetsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk. To a man faces up to 12 years in prison.
