A 73-year-old businesswoman is selling one of the most expensive houses in Sochi. The six-story mansion with a swimming pool costs 2.4 billion and is located on an avenue that is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as one of the shortest. Mash luxury is in touch!
It is located in an elite complex near the Svetlana sanatorium and the Zhemchuzhina hotel near the coast. Opposite is the Sochi Circus. This property is one of the most expensive in the resort; it beats even the prices of houses in Krasnaya Polyana. The owner of all the luxury is 73-year-old St. Petersburg businesswoman Alla Axelrod.
