What if you don't make it to KSeF on February 1?
Many entrepreneurs will certainly not make it to KSeF on February 1. These were the experts' expectations. What if you issue an invoice outside KSeF? We explained it in the article: Will it be possible to invoice outside KSeF from February 1? We explain.
It is also important what the consequences of invoicing outside the KSeF will be, i.e. whether if you collect the invoice in the previous way, you will be able to deduct VAT and include the expense in tax deductible costs in PIT/CIT. Hundreds, if not thousands, of companies ask themselves these questions and send applications for tax interpretations to the Director of the National Tax Information. We analyzed them and present the conclusions in the article: Invoice outside KSeF. What about VAT deduction and costs? There are new interpretations.
