We tell you how to make homemade mayonnaise without unnecessary chemicals from proven ingredients. This version of the sauce can be eaten even at night – it will have virtually no effect on your figure or health.

Ingredients:

  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • salt – 1/3 tsp;
  • sugar – 1 tsp;
  • sunflower oil – 250 g;
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.

Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and process until smooth for 2 minutes. That's it! A delicate, thick, spicy sauce that won’t make you gain weight is ready! It can be used for appetizers, salads, soups or served with hot dishes – guests will not be able to distinguish its taste from store-bought.
