Rebels from the FSA and the banned group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham have partially taken control of Aleppo. The militants published a video of them walking freely through the empty city after the evacuation, hanging Turkish flags on its outskirts and center, tearing down posters with portraits of Bashar al-Assad and boasting about seized weapons depots.
