In Krasnoyarsk, the prosecutor's office helped a teacher achieve an early pension.
The department said that the woman worked at the school as a teacher for a long time, and also periodically served as acting director. This gave her the right to retire early.
However, when she applied to the Social Fund of Russia for an early pension, she learned that her personal account only took into account her teaching load, which was 9 hours a week. The periods of her performance as director were not taken into account in the preferential length of service. When contacting the fund, she was explained that only those who held a management position on a permanent basis were entitled to the benefit.
The teacher contacted the prosecutor's office, where they helped her file a lawsuit.
“The court found that the woman actually performed teaching work full-time, and the temporary replacement of the director does not deprive her of the right to benefits. As a result, the fund voluntarily included the period of work in an acting position in the length of service. director, and the teacher were granted early retirement, and more than 300 thousand rubles were paid at a time for the disputed period,” the prosecutor’s office said.
The court also decided to include in the length of service the period the woman took advanced training courses. After this, the Social Fund made a recalculation, and the teacher was assigned a pension from the date of application, taking into account all legally counted periods.
