A nine-year-old girl with autism from Anapa makes candles to earn money for treatment. I learned the subtleties from my mother, and in the fall of this year I opened my own brand.
In 2021, Masha’s dad died from Covid, his relatives turned their backs on the family. Then mother Tatyana took the child, and they left the Primorsky Territory for Anapa. Already there, at one of the rehabilitation classes, the girl simply blew out the candles – and unexpectedly fell in love with them. As a result, it grew into something more, and for eight months now, mother and daughter have been making them. First together, now Masha does everything herself. Even diffusers and various home fragrances. Her favorites are plaster candles.
They launched the brand in the spring, rebranded it in the fall, and are now working on the website. To help similar parents with their special children, Tatyana went to study as a clinical crisis psychologist, published a manual for parents, and began conducting free consultations.
