Applicable contracts, bank account numbers, payment methods, invoices, contact channels and locations of Customer Service Offices remain unchanged.although now they will operate under the new Orlen brand.
When will PGNiG become Orlen?
Customers will be able to see the effects of the changes from January 27, 2026. In connection with the rebranding, a new website myorlen.pl will be launched on January 27where customers will find all key information. A day later, an information campaign addressed to customers will be launched, including mailing and activities in traditional and social media.

Orlen emphasizes that the integration of the brands will allow it to offer customers comprehensive energy services and develop the Vitay platform towards the so-called a super-application that will enable you to manage energy, gas, fuels and modern solutions for home and business in one place.

myOrlen (formerly PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny) has been part of the Orlen Group for several years. The company emphasizes that unifying the brand and changing the name is a natural stage of the company's development.
Orlen as a multi-energy concern
Orlen and its subsidiaries operate in many energy segments – from refineries in Poland, the Czech Republic and Lithuania, through a network of gas stations in Europe, to the development of crude oil and natural gas extraction, the petrochemical sector, renewable energy and plans to develop nuclear energy based on small modular SMR reactors.
During the PiS government, the president of Orlen decided to build a multi-energy company. For this purpose, he took control of Energa, and later also Lotos and PGNiG. Three years ago, PGNiG ceased to be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Orlen – digital transformation and new goals
In the updated strategy announced at the beginning of 2025, Orlen announced that it plans to double the number of active users of the Vitay system to 10 million by 2035 and complete the process of integrating fuel and energy retail sales within one entity. The integrated Consumers & Products segment is intended to provide customers with a comprehensive multi-energy offer available on the Vitay platform.
