Huge scandal on the lawn, right after Craiova

Craiova University – Botoșani 2-0. Immediately after the match at “Ion Oblemenco”, the atmosphere heated up on the field, Mario Felgueiras being angry at the referee.

The sports director of the Oltene team did not hold back immediately after the final whistle. He went “bullet” to Marcel Bîrsan, reproaching him for certain phases of the match. The Juventus were annoyed by the “central” especially in the first half, when he fouled a shoulder-to-shoulder duel between Baiaram and Pavlovic.

Both Baiaram and Coelho were then shown yellow cards for protesting. Felgueiras burst out and saw a straight red card after the final whistle due to vehement protests. The Portuguese also scolded the players from Botoșani, whom he accused of faking.

After the midfield scandal, Felgueiras was involved in another dispute. This time, with Leo Grozavu, the coach of the guests. The two had an argument on the exit from the lawn, towards the entrance to the changing rooms.

Both made nervous gestures before the Portuguese went to the booths. Leo Grozavu nervously reproached Felgueiras for apostrophizing his students. “What do you have to do with my players?” the coach allegedly told him.

After him, the Craiova players were left to celebrate. They went to the front of the lawn, where they sang with the Oltean gallery.

It was an atmosphere of joy, the Oltenians celebrating climbing back to the top of the Superliga. Craiova is the leader again, with 46 points, two more than Dinamo, who was the provisional leader after Friday night's victory in Sibiu, 2-1.
