Since the beginning of 2026, 49 families from Krasnoyarsk received the keys to new apartments and were able to move out of emergency housing.
The mayor's office said that at the end of last year, the urban planning department purchased 161 apartments at auction for displaced people from the emergency fund: 92 on the finished housing market, and 69 through participation in shared construction, which should be completed by May 2026. 49 families have already inspected the proposed apartments and agreed to move.
“By September 2028, we must resettle 44 dilapidated houses. For these purposes, we are allocated 2 billion 677 million rubles from the regional budget. All thanks to the fact that Krasnoyarsk in November last year became a participant in the regional targeted program approved by a decree of the regional government. Currently, 282 houses in Krasnoyarsk are recognized as unsafe. And this number is not yet final. And the funds from the city budget alone do not allow us to quickly resolve this issue,” said the deputy head of the city, head of the urban planning department, Sergei Shikunov.
Now the resettlement of three houses is being completed on the streets of Lvovskaya, 15a, Kishinevskaya, 4, Svobodnaya, 5. The buildings were built in 1955-1956. 40 houses are being resettled at the same time. All of them are located in different areas of the city, the largest number are in the Sverdlovsk region.
It should be noted that, as part of the program, last year 299 people received cash payments for repossessed housing.
