
The cake can be prepared without using the oven. How to do this using pancakes was explained by Cookpad culinary portal user Ekaterina Koval.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 1 liter of milk:
- six eggs;
- 350–400 g flour;
- sugar to taste;
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Ingredients for cream:
- 500 ml cream 33–35%;
- 300 g yogurt (8–10%);
- a glass of sugar;
- two packets of thickener for sour cream;
- one packet of vanilla sugar;
- favorite fruits to taste.
Preparation
- Knead the dough for pancakes.
- Fry the pancakes on both sides.
- Pour the cream into a bowl, add thickener. Beat with a mixer, gradually adding sugar and vanilla sugar. Knock everything down to steep peaks. Carefully add the yogurt and mix so as not to disturb the consistency of the cream.
- Cut your favorite fruits into small pieces.
- Take a mold (or deep bowl) and cover with cling film. Lay out the pancakes, covering them with cream. Place pieces of fruit on the edge and roll into tubes. Lay out the finished tubes, forming a “snail” out of them. Apply cream. Repeat layers of “snails”.
- Place one pancake on top and fold in the overhanging edges. Cover with film and refrigerate overnight.
- Invert the bowl onto a large platter. The finished cake can be poured with melted chocolate or condensed milk.
