Because of a prank on social networks, residents of Yakutsk plundered the fields of a local farmer
The woman urged local residents to come to the 14th kilometer of the Namsky tract for “free cabbage” and distributed the video on social networks. A stream of people immediately formed who were collecting and taking away vegetables all weekend.
People opened fences for free cabbage. Attempts to stop the looting by the guards were also unsuccessful. The owner of the fields told the media that he was in shock and had to stop people personally until the police responded.
According to the entrepreneur’s calculations, his farm suffered about 1 million rubles in damage.
