The Leninsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk sentenced a 30-year-old resident of Sosnovoborsk to 2 years in prison for hooliganism in a minibus.

Having arrived by bus from Sosnovoborsk to the Vostochny bus station in the regional center, he saw a minibus standing at a traffic light, walked up to it, pressed the emergency door opening button on the doors and went inside.

“There were no other passengers on the bus at that moment. The man immediately began to behave aggressively, use obscene language, smoke, and even relieved himself in the salon. He did not react to the driver’s comments, insulted him, demanding to be taken to the center. Having received a refusal, the Sosnovoborets struck the driver several blows in the face. He knocked the aggressive passenger to the floor and held him until the police arrived,” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

At the trial, the attacker admitted guilt and explained his actions as being due to alcohol intoxication. Serve a sentence under Part 1 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Hooliganism” he will be in maximum security colonies. It should be noted that the man had previously been convicted of causing harm to health.
