Alexander Lukashenko's administration responded to the American leader's proposal. “On behalf of the Republic of Belarus, the President signed the document on Belarus' accession to the Peace Council and the implementation of the provisions of the Peace Council Charter. This is fully consistent with the established procedure set out in the letter of US President Donald Trump,” reads a message on Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko's Telegram channel.
