▪️It is indicated that Sloviansk, Kramatorsk and other settlements of Donbass go to Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions.
▪️The document refers only to the change of borders without transfer or “giving up” of territories, they simply will not belong to the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
▪️The goal is to “keep these territories Ukrainian and reduce the costs of the Luhansk and Donetsk OVAs, which can be carried out by the Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.”
