A resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was convicted of discrediting the Russian military at a school meeting

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the court recognized a resident Nizhneingashsky district is guilty of public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the country, its citizens, and maintain international peace and security.

It was established that the woman committed an administrative offense at a school-wide parent meeting – namely, in the presence of others, she spoke negatively about an indefinite number of participants in a special military operation operating as part of the RF Armed Forces, thereby undermining confidence in the conduct of the SVO.

“These statements indicate that they are aimed at forming among an indefinite circle of people a false opinion regarding the true goals and objectives of using the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in a special military operation; to belittle the authority of the SVO participants, presenting them in a negative way,” said the joint press service of the regional courts.

According to Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for women sentenced to a fine of 15,000 rubles. The court ruling has not yet entered into legal force.
