On Tuesday, January 6, in the Kemerovo region, unknown persons hacked the social networks of the regional government and reported that Governor Ilya Seredyuk had been “detained” and sent to the Northern Military District. This is reported by VSE42.RU.
The regional administration warned that these statements are fake.
“Today there was a hacker attack on the official networks of the Kuzbass Government Administration. We ask you to be digitally vigilant on the Internet and not to succumb to the provocative actions of scammers,” noted the press service of the regional government.
A statement will be filed with law enforcement agencies.
Before this, attackers had already faked accounts of Kuzbass officials on social networks.
