It would start in February 2026. It is about the construction of a residential complex in Pipera, on a plot of land purchased in 2022 from Teodora Becali, the eldest daughter of Gigi Becali, the owner of FCSB.

The complex will have 303 apartments of 1-4 rooms, distributed in a balanced way between the three buildings. 390 parking spaces will be available, set up in the basement and partially on the ground floor.

Bogdan Dragomir, the son of the former LPF president, announced that this complex will normally bear the name “Crystal”, a name also used by the family for other residential projects.

It's going to be the biggest project we've done so far and it's going to be spectacular. I think it's the best land that Becali has now for sale.

It has access to Emil Racoviță street and is above the lake. We will also have a bank loan for this project. The investment is estimated at around 30 million euros.

Dumitru Dragomir also owns the Crystal Palace hotel, classified as four stars, located in the Aviation area. The unit was built in 2003 and renovated in 2018.
