With the current number of submitted applications amounting to almost 300 per day, the planned pool of funds will be exhausted before the end of January. “The analyzes of EV Klub Polska and elektromobilni.pl show that the funding will be sufficient for approximately 2.8 thousand applications,” PSNM reported.

The association's data shows that the current level of program budget utilization reaches 92.48%. This means that less than PLN 89 million remains of the planned PLN 1.18 billion. PSNM experts point out that this is a sharp increase compared to the end of December 2025, when the utilization of funds was 80%.

The National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management confirms the scale of interest. Since the beginning of January, 4,748 new applications have been submitted, or an average of 297 per day. Since the program started in February 2025, 34,686 applications have already been submitted, of which 76 percent concerns leasing, and 24 percent private purchase.
An increasingly dynamic electric car market in Poland
PSNM reminds that in the first months of the program's operation, the number of applications was much lower – on average, approximately 1,150 per month. December 2025 brought a record 6,469 applications, and January's pace may cause their number to exceed 9,000.

The National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management informs that The application period will last until April 30 or until funds are exhausted. “After exceeding this amount, applications will be accepted above the level of the original budget, but conditionally” – said the Fund.
Some documents will be placed on a reserve list, and their implementation will depend on available funds. The program covers individuals, institutions and organizations, and subsidies reach up to PLN 40,000. PLN for passenger cars and several hundred thousand zlotys for specialized vehicles.
