In Krasnoyarsk, the Sovetsky District Court sentenced a woman who used force against a government official.
It all happened after the senior inspector of the traffic police regiment stopped a Mazda Demio car for inspection and saw that a drunk man was driving. Since the drunkard refused to leave the car, physical force was used against him. However, this did not please the woman he was giving a ride to.
The passenger of the Mazda Demio forcefully struck the senior traffic police inspector with at least one blow to the chest area and at least two blows to the left leg, after which she forcefully grabbed the official’s hand and grabbed it with her nails.
A criminal case was opened against the defender of the drunk driver, Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or threat of violence against a representative of the authorities).
The woman admitted her guilt. The court sentenced her to 1 year and 6 months of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period.
