From the beginning of 2026, the size of regional maternity capital has been indexed in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The amount of the certificate for the first-born was increased by 6.2 thousand rubles and fromleaves 106,200 rubles. For the birth of a third or subsequent child, maternity capital increased from 185,000 to 196,470 rubles, the regional Ministry of Social Policy reported.

Regional capital is issued under the “Family” national project. Money can be used to improve living conditions, buy a car, technical means of rehabilitation, invest in children's education, and also repair electrical wiring or stove heating. In addition, an annual payment of 12 thousand rubles is provided.

The unused part of the capital is also subject to annual indexation.

“In 2025, at the initiative of the governor, additional maternity capital was introduced in the amount of 100 thousand rubles for women who gave birth to their first child under the age of 23 inclusive. The measure proved its significance by allowing 1,550 young mothers to receive significant financial support. More than 300 of them have already used the funds. In total, 5,567 certificates were issued last year,” said Irina Pastukhova, Minister of Social Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
