The White House commented on the middle finger that Trump showed to the worker

The tabloid TMZ wrote about the incident involving Trump during a visit to the production floor. At some point, someone started shouting at the US President, in particular, the words “protector of pedophiles” were heard.

Trump responded by shouting down, “fuck you,” quite clearly, and then gave the worker the middle finger.

“Some madman was screaming wildly in a fit of rage, and the president gave an appropriate and unequivocal response,” Chung told the Daily Mail.

As TMZ admitted, the worker was clearly hinting at Trump's ties to the late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, as well as the US Department of Justice's slow release of the famous “Epstein files.”

Context

Epstein is an American billionaire, known for his connections with politicians and royalty, including Bill Clinton and Trump. In 2019, he committed suicide in a New York City jail cell while awaiting trial on human trafficking charges.

The Palm Beach Daily News detailed that Epstein first came to the attention of law enforcement in 2005 for molesting children in Florida. Investigators estimate he started this back in 1994. In 2008, he was convicted of inciting prostitution of a minor. In 2019, he was arrested a second time, accused of human trafficking and sexual abuse of minors.

In the United States, the so-called Epstein files, which mention Trump, are actively discussed, but, according to the president, the materials do not contain information that could harm him.

In November 2025, Trump urged House Republicans to vote to release Epstein documents in an “extraordinary about-face.”

On November 20, the US President announced that he had signed a bill to release Epstein's files.

On December 21, the media wrote that the US Department of Justice removed from the site Photo of Epstein with Trump.

On December 23, The Guardian reported that the new “Epstein files” included references to how Trump “loved to grab girls.” The letter, purportedly from Epstein (sent from prison on August 13, 2019), refers to a president who “shares a love for young, attractive girls.” After its publication, the FBI stated that the letter was a fake.
