Specialists from Rospotrebnadzor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory studied the requests received from residents of the region during the long New Year holidays and compiled the top 5 most frequent ones.

In first place in the ranking this year were marketplaces — buyers complained about the refusal to return money for defective goods, or the wrong color or size.

Many also complained about thwarted plans because of canceled concerts and events, and this was aggravated by the reluctance of the organizers to give money back to failed spectators.
