Metinvest Akhmetov became the largest private employer for veterans in Ukraine.
According to the Liga.net special project, the company has created a support system for defenders returning to civilian life. These are both Metinvest employees and veterans from other fields.
Enterprises have veteran communities, available training, psychological assistance, legal support and free training at Metinvest Polytechnic.
Despite the war and colossal losses, Metinvest remains one of the largest employers in the country among all industrial companies.
