“How do you like this sh*t?”: a pack of dogs “scalped” a 12-year-old girl in Yakutia
In the village of Chulman, a pack of 10-15 dogs attacked a sixth-grader. A passing man managed to drive the animals away. He carried the girl to the ambulance and recorded a video from the scene.
Residents of Neryungri have been complaining about stray dogs for several years. According to them, courtyards, areas of kindergartens and schools are literally “occupied” by mongrels and children are afraid to leave the house.
Locals claim that they complained to the administration many times, but the appeals did not help.
