Barcelona and France star Dika Mem (28) has signed with Fuchse Berlin. The contract will run from the summer of 2027 to 2031.
German champion and Champions League finalist Fuchse Berlin is building a dream team. He already has the best handball player in the world, right winger Mathias Gidsel (26 years old).
Coordinator Simon Pytlick (25 years old), his colleague from the Danish national team, clapped hands with the “foxes” and will play in Berlin starting next season.

Today, another sensational move has been confirmed. Dika MemBarcelona's star of the last decade, he also signed with Fuchse for a 9-meter line that probably never existed in the history of men's handball. The left winger will wear the number 10 shirt.
I can't wait to join this project. I know Fuchse went to some incredible lengths to get my signature. I've been in Spain for a long time, I felt it was time to step up to the Bundesliga. Berlin has impressed me in recent seasons. I want to help the development of the club. I can't wait to meet the wonderful fans here too. I played at one time in the hall in Berlin, I loved it. I have good friends, Aitor Arino and Lasse Andersson, who spoke to me very nicely about what is happening here. I think it was the right choice!
– Dika Mem
With Barcelona, Dika triumphed 3 times in the Champions League, winning the title in each of the 9 seasons he was under contract. Mem has all possible trophies with the national team as well, Olympic champion in 2020, world gold in 2017 and European title in 2024.
The resulting “Dream Team” in Berlin could be watching the Champions League from the sidelines. Fuchse is currently 4th in the Bundesliga, but close to Flensburg and Lemgo. Only the top two places get the tickets for the group stage in the new format of the competition.
A maximum of 3 teams from a country can start. The full criteria have yet to be revealed. It is possible that an invitation will be offered to the winner of the current season's Champions League. And the team that will triumph in the European League can hope for a wild card.
In group A of the Champions League, Fuchse is first, with 9 wins and one failure. She is 99% qualified directly to the quarterfinals.
