Household appliances manufacturer Donlim has announced the release of a steam machine for cleaning fabrics, positioning it as a solution to seasonal problems with caring for upholstery and carpets in Russian homes.
According to the company, in winter, specific types of pollution arise, such as traces of snow and reagents on carpets, stains from hot drinks and food. To eliminate them, the device uses steam cleaning technology.
As reported in a press release, the device generates steam at temperatures up to 120 °C, which, according to the manufacturer, helps soften difficult contaminants.
The technical specifications indicate the steam disinfection mode. Donlim representatives claim that high-temperature steam treatment can eliminate up to 99.99% of bacteria, including E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus, as well as dust mites, which can be important in conditions of rare ventilation of rooms in the cold season.
Another claimed feature is the suction power of 13,000 Pa. This, according to the manufacturer, allows to minimize the residual moisture of the surface being cleaned, reducing its drying time.
For user convenience, the model is equipped with a 4.5 meter long cable and wheels for mobility. Control is carried out via a touch panel with several operating modes.
The new Donlim product is a device that combines the functions of deep cleaning, disinfection and quick drying, focused on the needs of the Russian market.
