Single Declaration 2026: ANAF has published form 212 for online filling directly in the browser, regarding PFA, crypto, rents, etc. The ANAF order was also given with the procedure for the pre-filled Single Declaration

Taxpayers who have earned income as an authorized natural person (PFA) or from liberal professions, independent activities, rents, cryptocurrencies and other such earnings on their own account now have at their disposal form 212-Declaratia Unică 2026, to be filled in directly in the browser, on the ANAF website, for tax and contribution purposes.
Separately, in the Official Gazette, the official procedure for the pre-filled Single Declaration, which ANAF will operationalize, in parallel, appeared.
