The first to arrive at the Embraer crash site were power engineers who worked at the Sayina Shapagatova substation (located not far from the place where the plane crashed).
According to them, from 10 to 15 survivors were pulled out. Then a crane was brought in to help the arriving rescuers lift the debris and pull people out from under it.
