The Russian online publication Astra writes that the likely target of the attack in Tver could be the Tver Carriage Works. It is located a kilometer from the damaged residential building. Journalists publish a video filmed at the site where the debris fell.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that 129 Ukrainian UAVs were allegedly shot down overnight, six of them in the Tver region.
