Dinamo insists on the transfer of Vladislav Blanuță

Normally, Blanuță would not be able to play for Dinamo this season if he were to be transferred by the “dogs”. This is due to the fact that the striker has already played for two teams, Dinamo Kiev and FCU Craiova, the maximum number of clubs stipulated in the regulations for a competitive season.
An intervention from FIFA would be needed. Even in this context, Nicolescu said that Dinamo still insists on bringing Blanuță, hoping that these problems will be solved.
Andrei Nicolescu: “Blănuță is still an option”
“Blănuță is still an option, but there things are also influenced by his situation, especially by the fact that Dinamo would be the third team. We should also manage this aspect. We have no way to adjust things before the transfer is made.
If we ask, the answer will probably be the same as with the other Romanian authorities: “wait”. The moment we have an agreement in principle, everything becomes much easier”, said Andrei Nicolescu, at Prima Sport.

Applied to Blanuță's situation, a credible legal argument could have been made that the hostile and threatening environment created by Dinamo Kiev fans, in the circumstances of a country at war, constituted an exceptional circumstance, justifying a possible waiver to allow him to register and play for more clubs than is normally allowed in a single season.
